Shipping Policy
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 3-5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out using USPS.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S ORDERS
Average transit times to the United States: 5 - 10 Business days
CANADIAN ORDERS
This can take anywhere between 6-12 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
This can take anywhere between 10-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location.
CIRCUMSTANCES
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the U.S.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 4 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at preemdesigns@gmail.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
If this happens to you, please email us at preemdedsigns@gmail.com with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to preemdesigns@gmail,com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
What happens if a package wasn't delivered, but the tracking states that it was?
Once package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Preem Designs Ltd won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT A CLAIM FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
